Delphi is a competing service to CI$ and is very CompuServe-like in what it does. It's smaller, not having as many forums or specialized groups, but offers much of the same general services and SiGs as here. It's also very friendly, and has about the best EMail system I know. Delphi provides Internet access for a surcharge of $3 per month, I think. Various Delphi plans can get you online for as little as $1 an hour off peak and there is no surcharge for higher baud rates.
