Tom, You managed to get onto CompuServe and leave a message that came through just fine. That is hardly dumb! And all of us were beginners on the Amiga at some time between 1985 and now. Learning is easier than it once was, but a new computer is still a bit strange and we always have some learning to do when we change. You certainly have an interesting machine to work with.. One thing that will certainly help you on Compuserve is an automated program to handle your forum and email work here, and the one for the Amiga is AutoPilot, found in Library 9 of AmigaVendor forum. This is a commercial program, but the demo version in Library 9 is yours for the downloading time. It will do all of your online work much faster than you could possibly do it, and lets you do all of the reading and answering of messages offline, so that it doesn't cost you any money while you read and type. Most people say that it pays for itself within a very few weeks of usage here. Please feel free to ask for help any time you need it. —Betty
