Tony, I think Steve can take care of his own messages. Thank you! BEFORE you stick your nose in something that you seemingly know nothing about. Look at the 5th page of the Creative Computing in the MARCH ISSUE of AmigaWorld. This is a fact! The board Nick Murray was referring to was a Progressive Peripherals Zeus '040 (didn't say 28MMhz or 33MMhz) with SCSI-2 DMA HD CONTROLLER expandable to 64MB of ram for $1529.00 and $1929.00 respectively. The accellerator without the SCSI-2 and w/o 4MB of 32bit RAM may surely be less. In the April Issue of AW, the 28Mhz and 33Mhz boards with SCSI-2 DMA are $899.00 and $1149.00 respectively. You are right that there was a price reduction but what Nick was selling was the accelerator and HD controller with 4MB of 32 bit RAM. Therefore the price MAY be higher. When someone is trying to sell something the cost is between the seller and the purchaser, which is my main point.<grin> Who knows you too may believe everything that Clinton is telling us. <grin> Patrick White "The Amiga ……more should know"
