Andy, I suggest you check your lighting (ambient may be too high) and make sure you have applied mapping co-ordinates, and that mapping is on when you render. Secondly, why would you have to send the whole package back – this sounds suspect, you only need to send disk #1 or the title page of your manual in all circumstances I've heard of. You've got to do the tutorials, also, you won't get far without them. The forum is good but no substitute for tutorials and practice – we can't take the place of that <g>.
