ADS Database Apps???
Has anyone done any database application dvelopment using ADS with ASI in
Rel.12??? I have to determine what would be the best Database interface from
inside AutoCAD. I am currently developing in Rel. 11 and have read about
protected mode database access libraries like CodeBase 5.0. If I were to begin
developing ADS database applications using this instead of jumping to Rel. 12
and the ASI extensions, is there any reason to be conserned with
compatibility???
I have heard a little about the ASI and from my own experience they seem
cukmbersome. Can anyone recommend a protected mode database interface library
for a C compiler, or maybe prove my fears of the AutoDesk ASI as
bulltwinkies…
