Yeah. It's such a shame what they did to that city, which was a great city
in all respects. One wonders what that pollution is doing to those gorgeous
Inca ruins of the original city that have been so carefully preserved and
excavated, Rome-like, in the city center.
Anyone who allows a great city to deteriorate that way to the point where
the only way you can get around is wearing SCUBA mask and tanks is ripe for
old-fashioned revolutionary firing squads.
