Lynne. You are an angel! It just so happens that my CD-ROM drive is
a SONY Model CDB-242…. one of the models you mention in your
message. Will contact Trantor and see what can be done. I did manage
to download the latest Microsoft driver for the CD-ROM. Things are
progressing. You have now risen from "friend" to "EXPERT friend"
