The beta version requires 9MB to run. It'll actually come up with only
8MB, but it actually starts spooling to virtual memory EVERY TIME YOU MOVE
THE MOUSE! 🙂 They plan to get it down to 8MB, but even then you'll only
have room for a single application. 12MB will be the workable minimum,
16MB for a "comfortable" system.
