Perhaps, but I ran Norton's SI on my 700c (25Mhz) and my 486DX 25Mhz and they were pretty damn close. If I upgraded my 700c to 50Mhz, I'd be willing to bet that it'd blow the doors off my 486DX-25. The 700c has a much better screen than the Toshiba, runs on a battery for up to 4 hours, and has a built-in mouse-stick which I find helpful in tight or presentation situations. Hey, I understand the 700c is built for IBM by Toshiba anyways (at least the screen is). I'd check out the 700c before I'd rule it out… Paul Unterweiser, Unterweiser Studio-Animation
