If your budget allows, consider getting a 4000 instead of upgrading your 2000. The 4000's '040 only runs at 25 MHz rather than the 33 you want, but the wider system bus means that your apps will probably run at about the same speed as on a 2000 accelerator at 33 MHz. New 4000s only cost about $2700.
