Scott,
I think the reference to "professional secret" was meant more to not
lamblast a client with the differences between platforms, but to be able
to use the Amiga to produce an acceptable product withOUT having to beg
for permission first to USE an Amiga.
After the acceptance of the delivered product, then it would be easier
to mention, "and it was done on an Amiga", and not have to worry about the
endless "non-messy-dos compatibility" squabbles. which usually are enough
of a deterrent, all on their own.
Definitely, the Amiga MUST be mentioned, but it WOULD be safer, to a
certain extent, to not harp too much on it BEFORE the product is made
available to the client. How else do you think do any of the other
commercial enterprises get you to switch to THEIR brand?
