Ola amigo. So the federal elections were held on Saturday March 13, and there was much oooohing and aaaahing across the nation as the faaabulous 3DS graphics depicting the subtle nuances of the voting trends whizzed and spin across television screens from coast to coast. On the very same day, sports fans across Australia were treated to another incredible sight: the 3D titles for the Saturday Afternoon Sport television program, with its whiz-bang shiny reflective surface zooming right into their faces. Another 3DS wonder. After the tickertape parade to honor all the people who worked on the ABC election graphics <g>, I am resting on my laurels for a while. (Falling into an exhausted heap is more like it.) I have hunkered down in beautiful Dyers Crossing, pop. 12, to reflect on the last year before digging into the five-part 3DS Tips 'n Tricks books series.
