SoftVTR will control any RS-232 or RS-422 frame accurate VTR. If you want me
to look up a VTR on the supported list, give me a call (my number's on the
newsletter). If the deck you want to use is supported … yep that's all you'd
need (I'm digitizing some video right now for a rotoscope sequence with it).
Don't forget you will also need a frame buffer like a Targa+ …
