Try adding "/s" (for "share") to your MSCDEX (v2.21) command line in the
machine that has the drive. It worked for me. This, BTW, is doc'd in the WfW
Resourse Toolkit (~$35 from MS). They also caution that some old applications
running on the client machine look for MSCDEX in memory, and that loading the
driver on the client (without the "/s") should help.
