Bill, I have the Mayo clinic CD-ROM and have just started to explore it. It is pretty strong on anatomy and inludes some excellent video-sound animations. It seems to be oriented more towards general family health and education rather than medical diagnosis, but it includes that also. The major weakness I have noted is that the search engine is rather limited in options.
