In Decembers A/Video magazine they review the "Hottest Products of 1991"
and name the Toaster v2.0 as among the top 30 (on page 10). The
accompanying blurb states:
"In 1991, NewTek also unveiled two Toaster Workstations that can be
used as stand-alone systems or as video peripherals for Macintosh and
IBM-compatible computers. Built around the Amiga 2000 and the
Toaster, the workstations offer file compatibility with Adobe
Photoshop and allow NTSC output of Mac and IBM graphic files."
Pretty straight-forward, no?
