If you had regular slots in your machine you could get such a converter which is known as a "scan doubler". The Flicker Fixer was the first and others are available such as the Commodore A2320 and the ICD FFV. The problem is that they only work in pre-AGA video modes. I cannot think of a good/cheap solution. Although the monitor you have is an excellant one it was probably not the best choice for you. Games that must boot from their own disk would be a real problem. Other programs can have their 15.75kHz video "promoted" to 31kHz by the "Mode Promotion" feature in the IControl directory. I use this feature with my 4000 although I have an older NEC 3D that syncs down to 15.75kHz. Goin' AP …..Mark Sterling
