Amiga laptop
We had a four store chain that exclusively showcased the Amiga some
years ago. Commodore, or it's New England representative, came up with
some kind of grand promotion where the chain bought a truckload of Amiga
equipment (for the A1000 at the time), and had a weekend where
representatives from C= came down to sell the machines, kind of like an
Amiga Computer Fair atmoshphere. At the end the first weekend, they sold
two systems. The stores never recovered from the fiasco..
