I'm seriously debating buying a CD-ROM drive for my system. I use
Lightwave & Imagine extensivly, and would love to have all of my most used
stuff on CD. Plus, since a local dealer can create custom CD-ROMs for a
small fee, it would be great. BUT, the only thing holding me back from
blowing $400 or so on one is the fact that theres squat in the 3rd party
support department in software, unless you want to play a mean game of Sim
City or something. The one true thing that would send me to the Amiga
dealer for a CD-ROM drive is having Toaster 3.0 & LW Pro (along with a few
hundred megs of objects/tools/goodies) released soon on CD.
So… give us the dirt on what your thinking of releasing. Anything
Lightwave compatable will work for me!
