Matt, are we at cross-purposes? I didn't say that expanded memory or EMS
drivers could be loaded high, although the EMS page frame is located in an area
of upper memory, usually in the D or E segment. I was referring to CDROM
drivers and mscdex, which can both be loaded high, and continued to say that
the _buffers_ for mscdex can be loaded into expanded memory via the /E switch.
