Agreed, however DAK is an exception. His technicians rewrite the manuals that
come with his products. They are in basic step by step formats with text in
layman's terms and he offers a no questions asked money back guarantee. I have
ordered phone and lighting equipment from him in the past and have been
completely satisfied. I trust DAK, I just don't know anything about this BSR
product. I don't even recall any magazines reviewing their products
recently…..ever.
