The most common problems we have seen are in the cable. Verify that first.
Does the red light come on above the remote switch at any time?
If you are sure that the cable is not at fault, the next place to look is the
baud rate DIP switches. These should be set for 9,600 baud, and the program
should be configured that way, also. All parity info is fixed.
Type out the configuration file in your drivers directory. It is an ASCII
file, and should reflect your system setup.
I had a LVR-4000p in here for testing, so we know it works OK.
