ALAS! I tried `Setenv diskfont "SYMSET GD"' and regenerated my cgFONTs, and
the missing characters are still missing! Could you check the exact
environment variable/string value and be sure we aren't off a tad bit? I'd
sure like to solve this problem! I also tried a local `set' and ran
Fountain from that same shell, but got exactly the same results. Is this
stuff documented somewhere?
