Joseph- Thanks for the reply and the suggestion about the merge. But like I said in the original message even the .3ds file that was saved got corrupted. I just wish some bug like this would have been pointed out before I laid out $3000.00 plus. Something like "Warning, after spending hundreds of hours and thousand of dollars on a project it might just self destruct on its own, because of a flaw in the program, your own your own dude."
