>>I'm not sure how the proposed forum is going to help you on this. Typically hardware questions are in the hardware section.<< Typically, but not always. I don't visit the hardware section but I still end up reading alot of threads about animation controllers specifically in the 3D Studio section. >>Just out of curiousity what software are you using to communicate with ASOFT?<< WinCIM and it works just fine. I'm on once a day (or more) 4 days a week. My lightly intended jibe about money was directed at the cost VTR controllers, not logging on. I don't own one, I'm a ways away from affording one so the threads are not currently useful to me, though they are important to others. Don't get me wrong, this is not a rant. I'm not up in arms about having to read threads that I'm not immmediately interested in. The question was how to logically split a section that has grown large. >>… I wonder how you could afford 3DS in the first place.<< I, like many, scraped and saved to buy a program that I had access to at work and grew to love. If you own 3DS it dosn't automatically follow that there are spare thousands hanging around. Not every 3DS user is a service bureau. Some purchase and use it for there own work, as opposed to becoming a business.
