Bill, Granted, it is one thing for the magazine reviewer to point out the platform and another when the manufacturer does so. However, I guess I'm the optimist and believe that given the rate the Toasters are currently selling at (regardless of packaging) and the acceptance they've gained among the professional video market, the image of the Amiga is profiting. When I'm satisfied with my gear and have successfully utilized it in a profitable way, I talk about it a lot. I don't claim to be a marketer for CBM; however, I've influenced others who have sought advice regarding purchasing decisions on several occasions. It may take time; but, I believe regardless of NewTeks marketing strategy, the little guy working in post will try to figure out what else he can shove inside the disk slot, and lo… another Amigan.
