I had the same experience about 2 years ago and gave up on Genie, I was thinking of trying it again, but then AutoPilot replaced WHAP! and now that CIS has lowered their pricing to the point they have I don't think I can justify two "pay" online services (or at least my wife can't <G> ), unless someone can show me I would get something I can't here on CIS.
