I don't think that liscence agreements would allow one to give away
an upgraded IPAS, so you wouldn't find any of that sort in the
libraries here. There are a few public domain IPAS', but I beleive
theses also come with 3DS as examples. If you check in here
regularly (you do…), you'll probably find somebody selling some
IPAS routines, but it's pretty rare.
