There are a number of different CD-ROM recorders that are out on the
market. They start at around 10k though the prices have been coming
down. I don't cut enough CDs to make it worth having one in my
studio. Most of my stuff is sent off on DAT tapes to others that
provide this service for around $100-150 a CD. For me storage of my
work is cheaper on DAT.
