Tony, you need to download LHA138.RUN to decompress AP.LHA. ARC.EXE will only cope with those files that have a .ARC as part of the filename, not those with either a .LZH or a .LHA extension. LHA138.RUN will cope with both very nicely. Once you do have a copy of LHA138.RUN downloaded, copy it to wherever you want it permanently, preferably using the shell, and type LHA138.RUN. It will decompress itself into its component files. Use the resulting LhArc file to decompress AP.LHA. BTW, don't ditch ARC.EXE. It does have it's uses with some older files out there.
