You got it already. That was pretty quick. It seems they have different models available at different times. When I first saw these guys they had 16" monitors that synched down to 15khz. Fortunately, I live close enough to their shop that I could bring the monitor in and watch them tweak it. I redid it home. If you remove the case, there are various adjustment pots that are fairly well labelled (use a plastic screwdriver). Steve is pretty helpful. He might send or fax you a diagram with details. My model is probably laid out a little different than yours. The one you got is a little nicer than mine but I had to get the standard persistence phosphors since I'm addicted to stereo graphics and the lp phosphors interfere with that. -Richard
