I've had the same problems with the BBS – seems more like a BS bb;) (think about it for a min) I did recently talk to them on the phone and their rep said they expect to roll out the Video Processer after at the NAB convention and will start shipping right after that. Video Suite is to follow after a couple of weeks, and Scan Converter after a couple more weeks. However, after more than a year of broken promises (they, of course, contend they never promised – just said "maybe") I'm not holding my breath!
