Yes, you can get out 30 fps…of what, though? I have little personal
experience. More memory means you can store more frames. Faster machines
will play 'em faster. Compromises in the anim itself (e.g. fewer colors,
simpler backgrounds) will go a long way to boost the max number of frames
and the playback rate. A lower budget requires (fosters?) greater
creativity.
Amiga World had a good article approx 4 months ago on tricks to get a
better frame rate. — Art
