It sounds like a QIC-80 type backup, which is good. That's what most people I know are using. You can put 120MB of real data, and they'll say 250MB compressed (they assume about a 2:1 compression). For your reference, the price for a new QIC-80 from Colorado Memory Systems, (a major brand) is about $160 american, which includes one DC2120 tape. If the drive is different from a QIC80, disregard – I don't know what you've got. Jim
