I was wrong about the name. It is Amicd.lha (I think it is lha) found in
the disk utilities section of the amigauser forum. Actually I did finally
get it to work sort-of, but it did not play the audio which is now my
primary disappointment. So far I only have mac cdrom disks to play with
but I can read them etc.
