1. Declare a variable of type BitMap (or PixMap, if you're copying in colour) 2. Call Copybits with the source as ScreenBits, and the destination your bitmap. 3. Call OpenPicture 4. Copy the bit whereever they are meant to go 5. Call ClosePicture 6. Save the picture to disk (inside mac tells how to do this, I believe it is just like saving a PICT resource, but with 512 free bytes at the beginning, or something like this 7. Next frame… If you are drawing on the screen to begin with, you can leave out the calls to copybits, but simply call OpenPicture before each framne, ClosePicture once you've drawn it and then save it and go on to the next.
