Gus, you are totally an exceptional case. I am beginning to see a pattern in all of this and it seems to fall this way. The folks who are doing development work seem to like to have everything online. The other category, shall I say "Users" seem to prefer hardcopy reference. This may be a premature observation but if it were true then the online documentation should be accomodated for developers.
