Response to on-line doc survey: 1) 9+ 2) ONLY as an augmentation to the hard copy format. 3) None, as a replacement for hard copy doc's…..as above. 4) As above, in my opinion all applications REQUIRE hard copy doc's – while with existing hardcopy, it's *nice* to have on-line help. I didn't get in on the Blackbelt thread re: on-line doc's, but one of the most annoying days I've spent in recent times was weaving my way through the Windows branching on-line doc's for WinImages F/X in order to print them all out in the proper sequence. It took nearly all day. If a person has ONLY on-line docs provided, they're eventually GOING to print them out themselves. Both are great, but there is no substitute for a thorough hard copy reference – and I HATE to read manuals. I'd personally rather see additional effort spent toward accompanying video tape tutorials, and leave the hard copy & on-line help about like they are now. BILL
