2.5 ADPRO DISK ERROR
In a previous letter today, I was telling you about some problems with a disk
error I got with my ADPro 2.5 upgrade. I pulled out my Morph Plus at the same
time, but since I couldn't install the 2.5 upgrade, I didn't reinstall my Morph
Plus. But I had to reinstall my earlier version of 2.3 ADPro to get a program I
could work with. I read in your notes with 2.5 that there is a Morph Plus 1.3.0
upgrade. My last Morph Plus is 1.2.0. I never received notification of the
upgrade to 1.3.0 even though I am a registered user. It may be that you sent a
letter but I did move last year, so maybe I didn't get the upgrade offer
because it wasn't properly forwarded.
Can I use Morph Plus 1.2.0 with the AdPro 2.5 upgrade, or do I need to get the
1.3.0 Morph Plus upgrade? How much is the Morph Plus upgrade? Do I need to
reinstall 1.2.0 Morph Plus after I install the AdPro upgrade? And do I also
need to reinstall my Epson Scanner software? Has there been any upgrades to
that? I purchased it a couple of years ago when I got my scanner.
