Odd Pager Behavior

I've entered the application 'Pager' from Mac C Primer Vol.I and it is working,
although it is exhibiting one very odd behavior. It is displaying the 6 PICT
resources I put in the Pager rsrc file as well as 8 or 10 that are not in it.
The extra items seem to be related to Balloon help (i.e. Some elements from
'About Balloon Help dialog box, balloon help text from Suitcase 'Sets &
Suitcases' section, etc.). There are a few items that look familiar, but I have
no idea where they came from. Any idea what might be going on here?
