I also think that your manuals and tutorials are great.
In regard to the online ref … I find myself not using them as often
.. but typically I think that what I will need won't be in there. I do think
it is very important to new and _potential_ users of 3DS. Online help instantly
validates a "user friendly" attitude by the programmers … and thus it is very
important for sales purposes and beginner users.
