1.) The manuals are a 10. Tutorials are effective, but dry. I did make it
cover-to cover in release 2, however. <g>
2.) Online help is really only effective in Windows where you can take
advantage of multitasking (keeping the help window open while you're woking
through a problem), and hypertext. In the DOS version, I think you should
stick to keeping the hardcover manuals a good as they've been up to this point.
