"I'm probably just being prejudiced, but I have a serious question. If it's so
darned easy to use this technology to produce apps which take advantage of
native Mac features, why is it that Word still only supports the required
AppleEvents almost 3 years after System 7 shipped?"
Heck, from what I've seen _most_ Mac applications don't support more than the
standard suite, if even _that_!

P.S. Of course, Word is the caliber of application which _should_ accommodate
AppleEvent and AppleScript technology to the fullest. Doesn't seem that anyone
on the Word development team wanted to pick up where the cross platform
development tool(s) left off!
