I just did a complete install which I believe replaced everything. <– The only easy way to replace the System & Finder is to restore KNOWN GOOD copies from backups. Otherwise, let the Installer do its thing. Oh, and make sure you TRASH the System & Finder first; otherwise the Installer might not correct the damage. (The Installer tries to preserve as much of the System file as it thinks it can. Thus, reinstalling over an existing System never replaces the whole thing, and often doesn't correct any damage done to it. The Finder is usually just copied over, but it can't hurt to trash it, too, before reinstalling.) Joe
