The people you want to talk to are Meridian Data systems in Washington DC
metro area. they are the Experts! We are pursuing CD-ROM at work and have
been talking to them about getting a setup to press our own roms. It is
possible, I've seen the machine. It is about 2 feet square and will fit
easily on a desktop. There is a lot to doing it though. You need a way to
produce the 600 Mb worth of data that will go onto the rom. Meridian uses a
bank of hard drives to do it. I'll get my info from work and let you know
more ASAP.
