>It's official. I talked to two folks from Positron Publishing at NAB, and they both >said that as soon as the latest Amiga update is released (any day now, if I >remember corrctly) they'll go to work on the IPAS port. It will include neato stuff >like mass, elasticity, gravity, and possibly friction. It does, indeed, sound neato, but hardly "official". I mean, first of all it doesn't sound like they even have an "official" release date for their Amiga stuff. Secondly, I would need my computer to count up all the times I've "heard" from developers that they would do this or do that. It ain't "official" until I've seen the product. Besides, even if they had the best intentions in the world, it might take them more than a year to do all the above. By which time R4 will be out (with, I hope, the aforementioned neato features already built in). So, Jonas, my wish stands. And if Positron intend to do the above, they should get on their horses and start the race! If they can get it out by the summer, I'll be one of the first in line for it.
