It sounds to me like there's a problem in your chain between the Targa+ and the
UVW. Anyway, you should have the RGB going through a transcoder and into the
UVW. What's the point of using Beta SP if you're feeding it Y-C? I would
start swapping out parts, one by one, untill the problem went away, because I
know a few people with UVW's and although the signal isn't quite as good as the
2800 or 75, it's still good, and shouldn't have any visible artifacting/noise
or whatever.
