With C='s avoidance of selling, and a further avoidance of Chapter 11, it
makes those of us (who are paranoid anyway) wonder if there isn't some
massive cover-up high in the organization that they don't want getting
out. (Like misappropriate of funds, embezelment, or other nasty things
that would surface via these proceedings.)
