>depending on who's SCSI host adapter you are using, you may not need a >terminator on the 25 pin connector. I am using a A3000 and the onboard SCSI controller. I have 2 internal drives(last one terminated) and a external Tape Drive (terminated). The problem comes when I try to remove the tape drive since I would then need to terminate the port. The way I understand it I need to terminate the last internal and last external of a SCSI chain, if no external then the First and last drive. The problem comes since I sometimes have an external and sometimes I don't, so I won't be able to terminate the first internal. <<< Tony D. Tracer >>> (Any render time >0 needs acceleration.)
