At non-periodic intervals, the system hangs. Problem occurs independently of loaded applications. No warning prior to hanging up. Symptoms – Program activity, including Workbench, ceases. No output provided or input via mouse and keyboard accepted. Must reboot (soft reset) to recover. Conditions – No consistant set of conditions trigger the hang. Has hung on several occasions when no input was given following boot-up. Appears to hang more frequently during the first hour after the machine has been turned on.
